一、FLATBED CUTTING DIES (Die Moulds)
　　1、Steel Rule Dies
It mainly apply on Package box, Hangtag, Graphic Tag, Adhesive Label, Film Cutting and Clam shell cutting. Accuracy: Tolerances can be achieved to 0.15mm (+/- 0.005)
　　2、Steel Rule Dies with Aluminum or Lexan dieboard bases
Wire EDM cut aluminum dieboard bases can be re-rule many times. Tolerance can be achieved to 0.1mm. Clear Lexan dieboards allow diecutting operators to see through the die for hand held alignment of the die onto the material to be die cut
　　3、Chemically Etched Dies
An ideal solution for short or medium run die cutting applications. Cutting blades are available in 0.8mm, 1.0mm and 1.2mm heights. Widely used in the electronics industry to cut the high precision film and overlay protection covered parts. Re-sharpening services are available. The tolerance can achieved to 0.05mm

Wo Hing has been a leader in the developing and manufacturing of stainless steel sandwich cutting dies since 1998.The sandwich die is the combination of steel and different high performance plastics. Advantages of using a sandwich die are as follow:
. High demands in machine speed, precision and dimensional stability.
. Resistant to influences of temperature and humidity.
. Very long lifespan
. Optimized dimensional stability in combination with large area embossing
. Can be re-knifed many times.
Three types of sandwich dies are available:
. Stainless steel with high tech plastic. Can be re-knifed up to 30 times.
. Resin with high tech plastic. Can be re-knifed up to 15 times or more.
. Resin with plywood.
The main applications are the long run production such cigarette boxes and Pharmaceutical packaging. We cover about 75% of market share in cigarette box die cutting in China.
